We specialize in catering wedding events, corporate events, employee parties, festivals, kid and adult birthday parties.
We use the finest, fresh and local ingredients. All our meat products are nitrite & nitrate free. Our pizza dough is made with 100% organic flour by The Central Milling Company. We also use fresh 100% organic hand crushed tomatoes by Bianco/DiNapoli.
Justin Wadstein is a 13x World Pizza Champion at spinning & hand tossing pizza dough. He's also a member of the World Pizza Champions team. Justin has 20+ years of pizza making and restaurant experience .
Liza Corona Wadstein has over 20 years experience in the restaurant business, serving and managing. She believes that it's easy to give great service, when you're serving great food with high quality ingredients.
Matt Driscoll has 15 years pizza making and restaurant experience and is the creator at The Pizza Series. Matt's also one of the newest members of the World Pizza Champions team.
